Mary R. Jurgensen LaCivita

Mary R. Jurgensen LaCivita practices family law including complex and smaller divorce cases, paternities and modification actions.  Her trial and motion experience is balanced with a constant eye towards settlement.  Mary's intention is to keep all cases out of court as much as possible with an understanding that it cannot always be avoided and is sometimes a necessary tool for resolution in high-conflict custody, support or asset division cases.  Mary has developed a reputation for bringing compassion and civility into the litigation process.  She joined BLC in 2005 with a desire to incorporate multidisciplinary benefits to her litigation practice for the benefit of her clients.
