Dina Beach Lynch, J.D., founder of Kisima Enterprises, Inc., is an online publisher. Dina created WorkWellTogether.com, a website that coaches managers to resolve workplace conflicts. Formerly, she was the Ombudsman for Fleet Bank.
Since 1991, Dina has served on the panels of the CPR Dispute Resolution Panels of Distinguished Neutrals; the U.S. Postal Service REDRESS I Mediation Panel and others. She has led conflict workshops for major corporations like Coca Cola Enterprises, Fleet Bank, Millipore, and The Rockefeller Foundation.
