Israela Adah Brill-Cass
is BLC's Executive Director and ADR Case Manager. In addition to
her experience as a lawyer in private practice, Israela is also a
skilled facilitator and trained mediator. Israela mediates commercial cases and serves as a Parenting Coordinator in family law matters. She designed and managed conflict
resolution programs for the Superior Court and Commonwealth agencies during her five years at the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution (MODR). Israela has developed and delivered arbitration, mediation, negotiation and facilitation skills trainings and she served on a national team of ADR professionals to develop technology quantifying the benefits of mediation. While at the American Arbitration Association, she managed Large Complex Commercial Disputes for cases exceeding $1 million in claims or counterclaims.
